About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in retail systems large-scale technology programs and cross functional execution. This role requires proven expertise in leading multi-year programs managing complex technology portfolios working across global teams and enabling delivery excellence using Agile methodologies.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader proactive detail-oriented and capable of driving strategic initiatives from conception through execution while influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies (US India Canada Mexico).
- Manage enterprise initiatives such as authentication migrations retail digital transformations omnichannel enhancements and application modernization.
- Own program planning budgeting SOW/contract creation vendor coordination and risk management.
- Track program health budget utilization (multi-million dollar portfolios) and deliver regular status updates to senior leadership and C level executives.
- Agile Delivery & Product Execution
- Define and manage product roadmaps intake processes and prioritization frameworks.
- Run Agile ceremonies: sprint planning standups grooming retrospectives and backlog management.
- Partner with product owners engineering teams architects UX QA and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Analyze capacity sprint velocity KPIs and operational metrics to improve team productivity.
Retail Domain Leadership
Support programs in areas such as:
- eCommerce & digital experiences
- Inventory checkout cart and ATS systems
- SOX compliance & financial controls
- Omnichannel programs
- Collaborate with business SMEs to capture requirements define user journeys manage escalations and optimize processes.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders external partners and third party vendors.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions resolve conflicts and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
- Conduct vendor onboarding performance reviews and contract/scope negotiations.
- Process Improvement
- Create repeatable frameworks for onboarding resource evaluation and workflow optimization.
- Introduce templates dashboards whitepapers and process improvements to streamline operations.
- Use data-driven insights to identify efficiency opportunities and scale strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12 years in Program Management / Technical Program Management / Product Delivery roles.
- Strong background in retail eCommerce omnichannel and technology transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with SDLC Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and enterprise program governance.
