Matt Bowers Hyundai is aggressively hiring a proven Finance Manager who knows how to structure deals maximize product penetration and deliver a world-class customer experience while getting deals funded FAST.

COMPENSATION (TOP 20% IN THE MARKET)- $150000 $220000 Annual Income Potential
- Performance-based pay plan with strong backend opportunity
- High-volume dealership consistent deal flow
- Full benefits package (medical dental vision 401k)
- Structure and finalize deals with maximum profitability and compliance
- Secure lender approvals and drive fast funding
- Present and sell:
- Service contracts
- GAP
- Credit insurance
- Aftermarket products
- Conduct credit interviews & submit accurate applications
- Maintain strong lender relationships
- Handle stipulations immediately - no deal left behind
- Ensure zero CIT issues and clean funding packages
- Train and support sales team on compliance & process
- Maintain strict adherence to FCRA and state regulations
- Protect the dealership - no shortcuts no misrepresentation
- Minimum 2 years F&I experience (no rookies)
- Strong lender relationships and program knowledge
- Proven track record of high PVR and product penetration
- Ability to work deals across all credit tiers
- High-level communication and closing skills
- AFIP Certification preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Professional sharp and accountable
- Organized and detail-driven
- Relentless about funding and customer satisfaction
- Team player with sales and management
