Job Summary

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Quincy MA (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract
W2 Only

Job Overview:
Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support EPMO initiatives managing large-scale IT projects driving delivery and ensuring alignment with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

5 years managing complex large-scale IT projects
Experience managing multiple projects with full SDLC ownership
Strong experience in scope risk and change management
Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
Experience with project planning tracking and reporting
Strong knowledge of SDLC QA processes and defect tracking
Experience working in matrixed environments

Responsibilities:

Lead project planning execution and delivery
Define requirements with stakeholders
Manage timelines risks and dependencies
Ensure adherence to project management standards
Communicate status risks and mitigation plans
Mentor junior PMO staff

Preferred:

Experience with State Government / HHS programs
PMP & CSM certifications (required/preferred)
Experience with MS Project Visio and other PM tools
