Sr Product Managers : Digital Exp (Web & mobile)

The client is a global leader in digital travel platforms and this role sits within their Traveler Experience division which owns the end-to-end customer journey across web and mobile.
The team is focused on Whole Trip initiatives - driving multi-product bookings and improving overall trip experience through data-driven product development.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive execution and delivery of complex cross-platform digital initiatives across web and mobile applications. This role will act as a key driver of product execution ensuring alignment across multiple teams and delivering measurable business outcomes within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cross-functional delivery experimentation and user experience optimization with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable product backlogs and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of product initiatives across multiple teams and platforms (web & mobile)
Translate high-level product goals into detailed requirements user stories UX flows and acceptance criteria
Manage cross-team dependencies risks and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain strong Jira hygiene backlog prioritization and sprint planning processes
Partner with Engineering Design and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements
Lead experimentation efforts (A/B testing) define success metrics and iterate based on data insights
Ensure product decisions are aligned with key business metrics such as user engagement conversion and multi-product adoption
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide clear status updates insights and executive-level reporting
Incorporate user research and customer insights into product decisions and backlog prioritization
Ensure consistent and high-quality user experience across all touchpoints
Required Skills & Experience
12 years of experience in Product Management preferably in digital consumer products
Proven experience delivering large-scale cross-functional initiatives across web and mobile platforms
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies backlog management and Jira
Experience with product experimentation frameworks A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
Solid understanding of UX principles user journeys and experience optimization
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
Strong analytical mindset with experience working closely with analytics and data teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consumer-facing platforms (e.g. eCommerce travel marketplaces)
Familiarity with multi-product or bundled user journeys
