Job Summary
Location: Clifton TX
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Senior Living Campus
Shift: TBA but must be flexible
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Contract and per diem options available
Pay Options:
- $22/hour (all taxable)
OR - Travel Package: $8/hour taxable $680/week non-taxable stipend
(Must reside 50 miles from facility for travel package)
Position Overview
Star Nursing is seeking dependable CNAs to support a well-established skilled nursing and senior living campus in Clifton TX. This facility provides long-term care rehab and memory support services.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing dressing hygiene)
- Provide mobility support and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Support nursing staff with daily care tasks
- Maintain a safe clean environment
Requirements
- Active TX CNA license
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Updated Resume - must have 6 months of long-term care experience
- 2 current supervisor references
- Physical (within 12 months)
- TB skin test (within 12 months)
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
- Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check
