Contract Length: Contract and per diem options available

Pay Options:

$48/hour (all taxable)
OR
Travel Package: $20/hour taxable $1200/week non-taxable stipend
(Must reside 50 miles from facility for travel eligibility)

Position Overview

Star Nursing is seeking experienced RNs to provide leadership and clinical oversight within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. Ideal for nurses comfortable with fast-paced team-based care.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate patient care
Administer medications and treatments
Supervise CNAs and LVNs
Complete assessments and documentation
Communicate with physicians and care teams

Requirements

Active TX RN license
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
Updated Resume - must have 1 year of long-term care experience
2 current supervisor references
Physical (within 12 months)
TB skin test (within 12 months)
Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check
