Job Summary

Tekberry is seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to support Agile delivery teams for our client a global leader in automotive technology and digital platforms. This role focuses on enabling Agile team performance facilitating Scrum and Kanban practices and driving predictable high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams.
The Scrum Master will coach teams toward Agile maturity support backlog and delivery planning and remove impediments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Facilitation & Coaching
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives backlog refinement)
Coach teams on Scrum Kanban and Agile best practices
Foster team accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
Planning & Delivery Support
Support sprint release and quarterly planning
Maintain healthy backlog management with Product Owners
Ensure work meets Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
Cross-Team Coordination
Support scaled Agile events and cross-team planning
Manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders
Communicate risks progress and delivery updates
Team Performance & Metrics
Track flow-based metrics (cycle time throughput WIP limits)
Facilitate data-driven improvement discussions
Promote transparency through Agile metrics and reporting
3 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience with Scrum Kanban and Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred)
Strong facilitation coaching and communication skills
Experience working in scaled Agile environments
Ability to remove impediments and drive team performance
Bachelors degree preferred (IT or related field)
Must be local to the Atlanta area and able to work onsite
Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent)
Experience with Agile transformation or coaching
Strong systems thinking and delivery discipline
This is a hybrid role supporting multiple Agile delivery teams in a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. The position requires collaboration with product engineering and leadership stakeholders.
