Job Summary

Role: Product Owner / Product Manager (Telecom Platform)

Location: Jersey City NJ- Onsite

Hiring Mode: Contract

Minimum Experience:

3 years in enterprise voice/telecom product & project management
3 years in call identity anti spoofing or STIR/SHAKEN adjacent initiatives

Must Have Skills:

Program orchestration across Product Engineering SRE IVR Carriers and signing vendors
RACI ownership decision logs and change governance
Vendor & carrier coordination (prereqs SLAs escalation cutover/rollback)
Risk and issue management in regulated environments
Pilot and production rollout planning; stakeholder sign offs

Executive level status and go/no go communication
