Key Responsibilities:

Administer manage and support large Hadoop node clusters in production environments
Provide L2/L3 production support for Hadoop platforms
Monitor cluster performance troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Handle incidents service requests and operational issues with strong ownership
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve production issues
Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational best practices
Participate in on-call and support rotations as required

Primary Skill:

Hadoop Administration- Senior Role: Extensive experience in Hadoop production support-
Mid-Senior Role: Minimum 7 years of L2 Hadoop Admin support experience
Hands-on experience managing large Hadoop clusters in production
Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
