Job Summary

Job Title: Product Owner
Location: MT Laurel NJ (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals
Own and manage the product backlog ensuring it is well-groomed prioritized and aligned with business value
Translate business requirements into Epics Features and detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams
Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments
Ensure user stories are actionable testable and deliver maximum customer and business value
Participate in sprint planning backlog refinement reviews and retrospectives
Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams
Continuously assess product performance and recommend improvements
