Job Description:
This part-time third-party contractual position will assist the Population Health Innovation and Informatics Unit with food and nutrition security efforts which consists of meeting guests of the client for intake documenting appointments data collection client-choice shopping and conducting follow-up activities when appropriate.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assist the Population Health Innovation and Informatics Unit with food and nutrition security efforts which consists of meeting guests of the client Hub for intake documenting appointments data collection client-choice shopping and conducting follow-up activities when appropriate.
- This position requires the utilization of digital processes including but not limited to the client. This position requires a high level of community engagement at food distributions at events community classes and agency meetings.
- This role helps to implement healthy lifestyle programs by assisting with scheduling.
- This position will help implement the planning processes necessary for the fulfillment of duties within the unit and work closely with community members and agency partners utilizing a high level of dignity with community members. General duties also include reporting data collection and analysis outreach and academic detailing.
- Work with immediate supervisor and PHII Unit staff to assist with food and nutrition security efforts of the Population Health Innovation and Informatics Unit which consists of meeting guests of the client for intake documenting appointments data collection client-choice shopping and conducting follow-up activities when appropriate.
- Implement healthy lifestyle programs by assisting with scheduling.
- General reporting data collection analysis and academic detailing.
Minimum Experience/Knowledge/Skill:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
- General Experience: At least 2 years of verified experience working in a community-based or related setting that included direct face-to-face and phone interaction with individuals to respond to questions in a prompt and effective manner.
Preferred Experience/Qualification/Knowledge/Skills:
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Verified experience utilizing digital technology equipment and the ability to connect multiple devices to a wireless network.
- Preferred Experience: Provide examples of volunteer services within the past 2 years.
Other Considerations - additional preferred experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and community-based settings while managing time effectively.
- Compassion patience and commitment adhering with established organizational service expectations.
