Job Summary

Position: SAP S/4 PP QM Consultant

Location: Houston TX-Hybrid and (50% Travel to Multiple Locations)- Expenses Paid on Actuals by Client.

Duration: 1 Years

Description

Must Have:

Ideal candidate must have minimum 2 E2E Manufacturing process set up in S/4 HANA implementation projects.
Strong experience in ETO and MTO template-based implementation and rollout exp.
Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops to align business requirements with SAP Best Practices minimizing custom code.
Lead and deliver complex SAP PP / PP-PI / Manufacturing Execution solutions across production planning shop-floor control capacity planning and manufacturing logistics.
Sound knowledge in Demand Management (DM) MRP Capacity Planning Production Order Management Master Data (BOM Routing Work Centres) areas.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes including Production Supply
Back flushing Shop-floor Confirmation

Good to have:

Advanced Scheduling: Hands-on proficiency in ePPDS (embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) for finite capacity scheduling.
Good cross functional knowledge.
Good customer facing skills.
