Job Summary

Role: Automation Specialist / Lead Power Automate & AI.

Location: Miami FL (Hybrid).

Duration: 12 Months.

Role Summary:

Lead the design development and governance of enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate RPA and AI tools (e.g. Claude Cursor AI agent frameworks). Work directly with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities streamline processes and deliver intelligent scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business teams to discover assess and prioritize automation use cases across functions.
Design and implement end-to-end workflows in Power Automate and/or other RPA platforms including orchestration exception handling and monitoring.
Integrate AI capabilities (Claude Cursor AI agent frameworks) into automation solutions for intelligent decisioning document understanding and conversational workflows.
Define and enforce standards best practices and governance for automation development documentation and security.
Monitor troubleshoot and continuously improve existing automations for reliability performance and ROI.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior automation developers and citizen developers and support change management and user training.

Required Qualifications:

8 10 years of experience in automation workflow or integration roles including senior/lead responsibilities.
Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud and/or desktop) including complex flows connectors and integrations.
Solid background in RPA concepts and tools (bot design unattended/attended automation logging and error handling).
Practical experience integrating or using AI tools such as Claude Cursor AI or agent frameworks within business processes or automation solutions.
Proficiency with APIs web services and data integration patterns; scripting/programming experience (e.g. PowerShell Python JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record working directly with business users to design and deliver automation.
Ability to operate within an enterprise architecture and governance model ensuring automations are secure compliant and scalable.
