The Role

Verve is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Marketplace team in London. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with SSP and Publisher partners ensuring strong technical execution and optimal marketplace performance.

Sitting at the intersection of commercial and technical functions you will oversee partner integrations troubleshoot issues and drive performance improvements across supply sources. You will act as the primary point of contact for partners ensuring their success within Verves ecosystem.

This is a hybrid role combining technical account management partner support and strategic growth. You will work closely with internal teams including Product Yield and Operations to deliver seamless partner experiences and maximize revenue opportunities.

What You Will Do

Own SSP & Publisher Partnerships

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with SSP and publisher partners across EMEA.

  • Serve as the primary technical and operational point of contact.

  • Build strong relationships with partner teams including account management ad operations and engineering.

Drive Technical Excellence & Performance

  • Oversee onboarding integrations and technical implementations.

  • Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot issues related to delivery latency and bid response.

  • Optimize supply performance across formats including Mobile CTV Desktop and DOOH.

Support Marketplace Growth

  • Identify opportunities to scale partner revenue through optimization and new integrations.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to support supply-side growth initiatives.

  • Contribute to supply path optimization (SPO) and marketplace efficiency strategies.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with Product Engineering Yield and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve partner experience.

  • Provide actionable partner feedback to inform product roadmap and feature development.

  • Ensure alignment between partner needs and internal execution

Represent Verve Externally

  • Lead regular partner check-ins performance reviews and technical discussions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners helping them maximize value from Verves platform.

  • Support Verves presence at industry events and within the programmatic ecosystem.

What You Will Bring

  • 36 years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on technical account management ad operations or programmatic supply.

  • Strong understanding of the SSP and publisher ecosystem including RTB mechanics and auction dynamics.

  • Experience working with programmatic technologies integrations (e.g. SDKs APIs) and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.

  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product engineering and commercial teams.
