What You Will Do:

• Influence talent acquisition strategy in Latam region by building strong relationships with our internal customers & prospective candidates and act as recruiting subject matter expert for our HR partners
• Own the relationship with hiring managers acting as Talent Advisor providing advice analyzing market talent trends vs strategic workforce plan providing solutions for staffing model.
• Ability to manage end-to-end staffing and recruiting processes including execution of diversified recruitment channels for different types of hiring
• Apply experience-based knowledge of world-class recruitment methods and champion projects processes improvement through technology and agile methodologies
• Utilize Workday (ATS) and Beamery (CRM) to deliver the most qualified candidates build strong candidate pipelines and monitor and manage reports to measure efficiency and effectiveness
• Comply with local regional and global policies procedures and laws.

What Skills You Have:

• Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long term job candidates
• Relationship Management: Knowledge and ability to build establish and maintain healthy working relationships and build trust with clients vendors and peers
• Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards processes techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify select retain and relocate qualified personnel both internally and externally for a wide range of positions.
• Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of talent workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Enabler for collaboration and teamwork with high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Pre advanced English proficiency Spanish will be a differentiator
• Proficiency in O365 tools (Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Automate Power BI) with proven experience in automation and/or process improvement using tools and apps.
• Customer Focus to support Talent needs or upskilling opportunities
• Bachelors degree is required and Pos-graduate in People Analytics is preferred

Additional Information:

• This position will be in our Piracicaba Plant in Brazil and requires 5 days a week on site
