About the department
Marketing Department is to develop and execute strategies for the overall market in region China to enable company for strong performance. We prepare for early assets in new product planning and for launch of exciting new products. We manage the lifecycle system of portfolio and provide market shaping activities to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients while support activities like business insights and commercial excellence.
About position
- Lead the setting of portfolio directions and strategies of GLP-1 portfolio ensure GLP-1 as a successful business part of company 2025 vision and achieve strong brands equity market share uptake and short and long term sales and profits targets
- Develop and coordinate the execution of brand strategies and tactics to ensure the alignment and achievement of business objectives
- Develop a successfulGLP-1 marketing team with winning culture passion and responsibility providing opportunities and support to team members personal development
The requirements
- Undergraduate degree required;graduate level degreeinMedical Pharmacy Science or Business Administrationpreferred
- Minimum 6 years marketing management experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industrywithsuccessful track record in pharmaceutical marketing
- Minimum 4 years managing leading and developing people experience required
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and NN brands
- Extensive managerial experience / ability to lead brand team
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Demonstrate a thorough and in-depth understanding of market product knowledge and key customers to drive strategic direction and planning
- Ability to demonstrative creative and innovative strategies for business development
- Strong coordination/communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams
- Proven people management skills and focus on professional development for direct reports
- Fluent written andoralEnglishskills
- Good computer skills including word/excel/powerpoint
