Job Description:
Collaborate closely with the District Sales Manager to ensure business goals are achieved through the planning and execution of regional market plans:
- Proactively monitor and analyze regional ACR/NET market dynamics including competitor activities pricing trends regulatory changes and healthcare policies and adjust regional strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
- Translate national product strategies positioning and messaging into tailored regional marketing plans aligned with regional market characteristics disease prevalence and customer needs
- Develop and implement annual quarterly and monthly regional marketing plans (including academic promotion customer engagement and brand building) to achieve sales targets market share goals and product penetration objectives
- Lead the execution of regional marketing initiatives including but not limited to academic conferences symposia KOL workshops hospital training programs and digital marketing campaigns ensuring high quality and compliance
Act as a bridge between marketing team and sales optimizing processes enhancing team capabilities and promoting cross-departmental collaboration:
- As a representative of the product team establish a close inter-departmental communication mechanism within the corresponding region to ensure consistency in product strategies coordinate and resolve obstacles in cross-departmental cooperation and promote effective collaboration and resource integration among teams.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to provide product training sales enablement and on-site support helping sales representatives optimize customer visiting strategies and address customer objections effectively.
Develop and maintain regional experts:
- Build and maintain a strong network of regional KOLs key HCPs and hospital administrators providing professional product training and clinical evidence support to enhance product recognition and prescription willingness.
- Develop targeted regional KOL development plans based on the deep understanding of HCPs.
- Collect and analyze regional customer on product efficacy safety and usability and provide insights to marketing team to support product lifecycle management and optimization.
Compliance and budget management of regional market activities:
- Ensure all regional marketing activities materials and communications comply with local regulations and company compliance policies including anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements.
- Manage regional marketing budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control while maintaining compliance with budget policies and procedures.
Market access:
- Assist HA LMA and sales departments with market access work.
- Maintain and communicate with key regional experts related to market access.
Enhance the product knowledge of the sales team:
- Provide product knowledge training and professional guidance to the regional sales and marketing support team enhancing their professional capabilities and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment working closely with cross-functional colleagues to achieve shared business goals.
Knowledge abilities & experience
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Language: Proficiency in Chinese (listening speaking reading and writing) and business English (reading and writing).
- Familiar with the pharmaceutical market in the assigned region including local healthcare policies hospital distribution channels and KOL resources with experience in oncology and rare disease preferred.
- Experience in organizing and executing academic promotion activities KOL management and sales team enablement is essential.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills: Ability to analyze market data identify business opportunities and develop effective regional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (50-60% travel).
- High integrity strong sense of responsibility and commitment to compliance.
- Over 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
