Whatyoullbe doing

The Executive AssistantLitigationmanagesthe day-to-day administrative activities in support ofour Legal executives and ourLitigation Competition and AMLLawteams.The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Howyoullsucceed

  • Administration Proactively manage the day-to-day administrative and confidential activities in support of the executive and team. This includes calendar and mailbox management answering or directinginquires absencetracking coordinating meetings and developing and maintaining administrative processes.This includes criticalprocesswork tied to litigation matters includinglitigationmattercreationreportpreparation processing expense accountsand administering the Legal preservation notice process.
  • Software Knowledge Utilize your intermediate to advanced level PC skills (MS Office: Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook web browsers) to complete daily administrative tasks.
  • RecordsCoordinationUpdate and ensure accuracy and completeness oflitigation matter listing.File and label Records(electronic and physical)relating to mattersin accordance withthe Record Management procedures.Ensure retentionlegal holds and destruction of Recordsbelonging to the Litigation and Employment Litigation team
  • Teamwork- Provide administrative and technology guidance andleadership. Providedirection to other administrative staff andparticipatein training workallocationand problem resolution.
