Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for the clients customers delivering professional efficient and solution-oriented support. This role focuses on building trust understanding customer needs resolving concerns and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer interactions in a professional and timely manner while building rapport and trust
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate efficient and courteous solutions
  • Identify opportunities to promote and upsell products or services in alignment with customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the clients products services and processes to ensure accurate support
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism turning challenges into positive experiences
  • Complete administrative and documentation tasks as required to support customer interactions and internal processes
