Beem Credit Union is hiring four (4) students for our call centre. Join a team of dedicated Member Service Agents to support our members over the phone email web and chat platforms.

Whatyoulldo:

Member Service Agentsareresponsible forassistingmembers and non-members through Beems telephone mailweband chat platforms.

As the voice of Beem Credit Union youpossessproficient verbal and written communication with strong active-listening skills excel in sales andservice andenjoy a fast-paced environment with high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls while responding to multiple inquiries have strong technical and digital acumen where you will be supporting our members with Beems upcoming digital banking launch and system integrationprovidingprocedural guidance and triaging and troubleshooting various common adhere to privacy and security policies and procedures to protect both the Credit Unions and our members interests.

You will playan important rolein a high-performing team andparticipatein alternating schedulesto uphold Beems commitment to an above-and-beyond service level.

Whatyoullbring:

• 19 years old
• Located in the Okanagan region with the ability to work out of our Call Centre in Kelowna
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to follow templates for communication and troubleshooting
• Commitment to duration of required work periodincluding evenings and weekend schedules
• Experience in service profession
• Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
• Proficient with digital communication tools and platforms
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient time management tomaintainefficiency and productivity
