Join Valmet Tissue Service Technology as a Tissue Air System Process Specialist and take your expertise to the next level!

In this role you will support our customers in enhancing their Tissue production performance through your process knowledge and strong customer focus. You will work closely with our Sales Team and report directly to the Tissue Machine Field Services Senior Manager.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to our customers continuous improvement journey.

Primary Location: Gorizia (Italy). Additional locations that may be considered: Lucca (Italy) and Bilbao (Spain).

Your Responsibilities:

In your daily work you will:

• Leading as the air system specialist resource on assigned projects ensuring optimal performance.

• Conducting customer mill audits collecting and analyzing data and preparing comprehensive reports.

• Presenting and recommending solutions to customers based on your analysis.

• Ensuring that process-related feedback and learnings from the market and sites are effectively communicated back to the company.

• Collaborating and providing support to the Area sales team and working closely with our Mill Sales Managers.

• Assisting in the process check-out and start-up of new or service installations when applicable.
