VRV a Chart Industries group company is a historic and important industrial entity present internationally in both the design and manufacture of pressure equipment for the Oil&Gas sectors and in the engineering and manufacture of isolation tanks for gas distribution and storage in the Cryogenic sector as well as a company operating in the Automotive HLNG business.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be

Management of customer orders (materials services storage fees handling fees): reception entry into SAP ERP system monitoring updating delivery dates creating deliveries and invoicing.
Management of intercompany orders (materials): reception entry into SAP ERP system creation of deliveries and invoicing.
Handling of technical and commercial documentation (quotations order confirmations invoices credit/debit notes RDA sending drawings for approval).
Collaboration with various company functions to ensure proper customer support overseeing and managing requests and resolving any issues.
Monitoring order status to promptly communicate any delays in contractual delivery dates.
Preparation of commercial reports for internal use to support Corporate meetings and monthly updates to key customers.
Follow-up on overdue items recording status in Excel files and sharing follow-ups with the Finance department.
Handling and recording of complaints managing correspondence with customers until resolution managing the shipment and return of components related to the complaint issuing RDA and credit notes if necessary and monitoring cost registration (SAP CS Module).
Archiving all order-related documentation on the server.

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma.
3 to 5 years of previous experience in technical support or sales roles preferably in the metalworking or industrial sector.
Fluent knowledge of the English language.
Good communication skills and customer orientation.
Proactive approach and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of SAP software.
Good proficiency in Excel.
