What You Will Get To Do:

As a Project Manager you will lead and empower a cross-functional teamincluding product owners business analysts developers and QAusing best-practice methodologies to ensure delivery aligns with agreed timelines budgets quality standards business objectives and governance measures.

In this role you will also be responsible for managing and nurturing client and key stakeholder relationships. You will oversee timely and accurate reporting including updates RAID logs budget controls and resource requirements while ensuring compliance with internal frameworks and governance standards.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 5 10 years experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in delivering IT People and Administration projects within Financial Services. Ideally including transitions for investment managers asset servicing providers (e.g. Fund Admin Custody TA) superannuation and pension funds administrators and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Demonstrated proven track record in planning executing and delivering large complex programs/projects on time and on budget.
  • Seasoned Project Management practitioner with experience delivery large Programs of work and managing C level stakeholders relationships.
  • Can Network effectively negotiate well and influence people at all levels within an organisation.
  • Effective leadership interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
  • Good knowledge of techniques for planning monitoring and controlling programs
  • Soundbusiness casedevelopment and approvals skills
  • Good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with thirdparties
  • Good knowledge of program and project management methods including MSP and Prince2
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
  • Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the program
  • The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
