Resource Manager (Supervising Associate) AI and Data Technology Consulting

The Opportunity

As a Resource Manager youll play a key role inenabling ourbusiness deliver to our clients andenabling our peopleto enhance their career and skill development through the allocation of engagement role requires close collaboration with business leaders to understand client demand internal capabilities and skill requirementsto ensure theright talent is positioned to meet businessand clientneeds.

In this role you will alsobe an advisor intoworkforce planningthrough the completion ofprocessesthat provide insightintoworkforce capacity skills capabilities and trendsto enable businessmakeinformed futurefocused willbe requiredtobalance resource demand and supply effectivelytoprioritisebusinessneeds whilstsupportingcareeropportunities of our people.

This is a hybrid position based inNaarm Melbourne Meanjin Brisbane orWarrang roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options

Your key responsibilities

  • The ability to quickly understand the business project portfolios and the unique skillsgoalsand aspirations of our people.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business capabilities and evolving client demands.

  • Provideactionable data insights on skill availabilityskillsgapsbased on demand and trends to inform recruitment and upskilling initiatives.

  • Ensure the rightpeopleare positioned in the right roles toalign toclientdeliveryand businessneeds.

  • Monitor and report onbusinessutilisation capacity and forecast future resource needshighlighting key trends and recommendations to business leadership

Skills and attributes for success

  • Minimum 3 years experience ineither businessworkforce planning resourcemanagementor recruitment within a complex orfastpacedenvironment.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to buildandmaintaintrusted relationships and manage expectations across multiple levels of the business.

  • Proven analytical capability with a high attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy todrive insights and recommendations.

  • Experience collaborating closely with Talent and Recruitment teams to align supplydemandand capability development.

  • Confidence using data to provide insights and influence behaviour change support agile ways of working and drive continuous improvement.

  • An interest in identifying skills gaps and training needs to support capability uplift and future workforce readiness.
