Job Summary

The Product
The product is a startup platform focused on SDR and marketing systems designed as a fast scalable web application with a strong emphasis on frontend performance and user experience. The current stack includes Supabase (Postgres) Deno edge functions and React (Vite) with a planned gradual transition to AWS and Cloudflare.

The Position
We are looking for a Frontend-Oriented Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on React. The role is primarily centered around building fast reliable UI while also contributing to backend development when needed. This is a hands-on role in a startup environment with high ownership and direct product impact.

Team Composition & Collaboration
You will work in a small high-ownership team collaborating closely with backend developers and the team lead. The role involves direct contribution to product development and close alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain frontend features using React (Vite-based apps).
Own UI/UX implementation performance and responsiveness.
Integrate frontend with backend APIs.
Contribute to backend APIs using Python when needed.
Work with relational databases (Postgres / MySQL) for basic operations.
Fix bugs and improve existing user flows.
Collaborate with backend developers and team lead on feature delivery.

Your Experience

Must-have:

3 years of experience.
Strong React skills (hooks state management API integration).
Good understanding of frontend architecture and performance.
Solid Python skills (ability to build/modify APIs).
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
Ability to work in an existing imperfect codebase.

Nice to have:

Experience with Supabase.
AWS (RDS Lambda).
Docker.
Event-driven or queue-based systems.
Experience with document/signing systems.
