In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite (#Li-Onsite) in Senatobia MS. This role supports the second shift operations (Supervisors arrive around 2pm and leave around 10:30pm).

Your role and responsibilities:

• Executes per the annual production budget oversees progress and determines actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources.

• Develops programs projects goals and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.

• Develops and executes plans to reduce non-value-added costs increase revenues and service customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates.

• Ensures operator training and continuous improvement methods are implemented in the organization and accountable for the production results of manufacturing work centers

• Provides support to the cross functional plant teams as required during implementations to explain the capabilities of the manufacturing facilities and collaborates with Operational Excellence teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes.
