ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage leads funnels and achieve consistent monthly KPI targets (such as conversion rate etc)
• Identify business development opportunities where possible outbound contacts not limited to digital efforts or meetings.
• Improvise and follow through on clients onboarding experience.
• Ensure adherence to compliance CMC policies and procedures.
• Other brand ambassador duties if required.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales ability and skills to work with KPIs and targets would be highly regarded.
• Previous sales focused senior role would be highly regarded.
• Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for our products and services
• Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mind set with an ability to build influence and enhance strong and meaningful client relationships
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Intermediate knowledge/experience of financial markets
• Expert knowledge of trading platform and financial products highly regarded
• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline desirable (Business Finance Economics etc.)
