Job Summary
We are actively seeking a Production Control Expeditor for an immediate start to support a critical aerospace manufacturing operation in Hermosillo.
This is a high-impact fast-paced role focused on production control supplier recovery and shop floor execution. We are looking for candidates who can step in quickly and drive results from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily Gemba Walks to monitor production status
- Drive production scheduling and planning execution
- Identify and mitigate material shortages
- Expedite issues with sub-tier and external suppliers (OSP)
- Lead and participate in quality reviews and corrective actions
- Ensure alignment with daily production and shipment plans
- Monitor and drive key KPIs (utilization OTD OTF output)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production constraints
- Analyze processes and push continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain urgency and accountability on the shop floor
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR High School 5 years in manufacturing (maquiladora)
- Experience in:
- Production control / planning / scheduling
- Manufacturing (structures or machining preferred)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Mandatory
- Strong Excel skills
- Results-driven proactive strong communicator leadership mindset
- High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
- Availability for overtime and weekends if required
Project Details
- Start Date: ASAP (Immediate Hiring)
- Duration: 6 months
- Schedule: Full-time (aligned to production needs)

- Zero late purchase orders (No late PO’s)
- On-time production and delivery performance
- Measurable improvements in quality and output

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hermosillo Son.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or High School 3 years of manufacturing experience (maquiladora).
Experience:
- Aerospace Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
- Production control / planning / scheduling: 3 years (Requiered)
