Business Development Assistant
Internship 6 Months - Starting July 2026
GlobalBusiness Development 3-axis brandsteam is looking for a 6-month internfromJuly 2026. The role will be based in Paris Coty headquarter (14 rue du 4Septembre75002).
RESPONSIBILITIES
TheBusiness Development teamis a commercial team embedded in the brands whosemain roleis todrive thegloballong-term business strategyof our brands ensuring full alignment with Fashion Houses.
As ourBusiness DevelopmentIntern yourmain focuswill be to support theteamto:
Track and analyze sell-in & sell-out performance atgloballevel against KPIs/comparable benchmarks.
Run marketandcompetitor analysis
Run in-depth category studies on Make Up and Niche Collections
Consolidatecontractualdocuments (reports distributionlists)
Coordinate launch needs with360teams(samples assetsmock upsetc.)
Update globaldatabaseensuring constant accuracy of all product catalogs contactlist brand distribution etc.
Facilitate the preparation of key meetings including business review and fashion house presentations
Manage & consolidate Global brand updates with Global teams viaSharepointand Newsletter updates to Markets
Working for Cotywithinthe GlobalBusiness Developmentteammeansexposure and interactions with many of Coty business units worldwide (Regional and localMarketing)Operating OfficeFragrance and Makeup Global Marketing team as well asother internal teams such as Merchandising Digital Influencer Marketing Media teams based in Paris.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to interact withmultiplestakeholdersand learn about thebeautybusiness environment and international trends. As an experienced Trade Marketer you coordinate requests and feedback with yourpeersand you get energy from working in a fast-paceddiverseand international environment. Other than that you:
are aMastersstudent with prior 6-months internship inmarketing or salesor consulting
have a strong business acumen and analytical background (advanced Excel skillsrequired)
are used to evolve in an international context and fluent in English (>50% work in English)
are keen to work in a fast-paced environment and to lead projects in an independent manner
are reliable and attentive to details
are passionate about the beauty industry
