Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly and recurring executive reporting including gathering input from internal stakeholders
- Develop executive-level reports and presentations from the ground up including structuring content compiling inputs and synthesizing information into clear concise materials for leadership review
- Maintain escalation logs and track trends related to customer media or stakeholder escalations
- Develop and document new processes to support evolving program and operational requirements
- Develop clear accurate and professional written communications for internal and external audiences
- Create edit and proofread branding collateral resident letters FAQs and municipal scripting
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand standards and maintain a consistent appropriate tone
- Coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders Legal and client teams prior to external distribution
- Support the development of communication materials for municipalities and residents
- Coordinate printing and distribution of communication materials including community mailers
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear concise and professional content
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint Word and reporting tools
Work Conditions:
- This is a hybrid work position where you will be required to be in office multiple times a week
