Job Summary
ABOUT
Ed Martin Buick GMC is growing and looking to add aFull-Time Lot Porter (Sales Porter) to our team! This is a hands-on fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in keeping vehicles clean organized and showroom-ready.
Our lot porters play a key role in creating a great first impression for our customers by maintaining the appearance and organization of our new and used vehicle inventory.
What Youll Do
- Maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
- Check and replenish fluids; replace batteries as needed
- Install buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
- Keep lots clean organized and properly merchandised
- Move vehicles as directed by management
- Clean driveways sidewalks and surrounding areas
- Transport vehicles between service lane service stalls and lot
- Create and manage vehicle key tags
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced physically active environment
- Comfortable standing walking and moving for extended periods
- Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
