Job Summary
Position: Flag pole Customer Service Support
Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for providing quotes for the sales department while overseeing the
shipping timeline and catching deviations from quoted pricing and arrival.
Duties:
Receive incoming and make outgoing phone calls
Provide LTL freight quotes for customers and sales departments in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and develop solutions with challenging delivery locations and time sensitivity
Process LTL truckload & expedite shipments (Inbound and outbound) using Acumatica and TMS
Calculate and add customer freight charges (and carrier costs) to orders in TMS and Acumatica.
Use mathematical talent to be sure charges are correct
Handles shipment details for Orlando FL location
Provide backup to production order processing for truck shipments
Provide support to freight lines when needed
Assist LTL office as needed
Assist in small projects as needed
Hours: 8:15 PM -5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/HR
