Merchant Services Business Manager Senior Associate

As a Business Management Associate in the Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team you support the Merchant Services (Payments) Small and Medium Business (SMB) by delivering reporting analytics and executive materials that inform strategic decisions. You will partner with business managers finance and project teams to lead financial processes investment planning business cases budgeting monthly reviews OKRs and special projects. Your work will surface trends risks and opportunities that help senior leadership optimize performance and manage risk.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring and adhoc reporting to track key business drivers and performance trends.
• Perform deepdive analyses to identify risks opportunities and root causes translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly executive reporting packages and presentations that communicate strategy and performance projections.
• Rapidly create mockups for management presentations reports and dashboards to accelerate decision-making.
• Coordinate deliverables and timelines with business managers finance project managers and other F&BM partners.
• Respond promptly to executive adhoc requests across project management presentation development and business analysis.
• Leverage Excel and Alteryx to organize cleanse and analyze large datasets; distill insights into concise executiveready materials.
• Identify issues align stakeholders design solutions and drive execution through resolution with clear timely communication.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while simplifying and improving business processes with global team members.
• Uphold strong risk awareness by identifying escalating and mitigating business risks across deliverables.
• Contribute to investment planning business cases budgeting monthly business reviews and OKRs for the SMB portfolio.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills; ability to craft a clear narrative and translate complex qualitative and quantitative insights into concise executive materials.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to handle large datasets and derive decisionready insights; knowledge of or interest in learning Alteryx.
• Demonstrated project and time management skills with strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across large matrixed teams; build trusted relationships and influence at multiple levels; partner with leadership to implement business solutions.
• Selfmotivated tenacious and able to work independently; adaptable to shifting priorities while maintaining highquality outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Experience using PowerPoint with PitchPro for executivelevel presentation development.
• Experience with Excel and Alteryx for analytics and workflow automation.
