Description
Machem Capital LLC is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR department in a part-time remote capacity. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in the dynamic field of capital markets hedge funds and private equity while contributing to our organizational success.
As a Human Resources Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions including recruitment onboarding and employee engagement. You will assist in various HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and help streamline HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $26 - $30 providing you with the opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Help organize training and development programs for employees
- Participate in HR projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with HR software is a plus
