This stage goes beyond adopting new processes and standards. It involves cultural integration strengthening the HR function and supporting the business through change.
We are looking for an HR Manager to lead this at plant level playing a key role in shaping the organisation going forward.
HR Manager
- Reporting to the Plant General Manager in Valencia and functionally to the Group HR Director you will take full responsibility for HR at plant level.
- You will define and implement HR policies in line with corporate guidelines adapting them to the local reality.
- You will oversee a workforce of around 100 employees driving talent development culture and core HR processes (recruitment training performance labour relations and compensation & benefits).
- You will play an active role in the post-acquisition integration ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
- You will act as a true business partner supporting management in decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- University degree; postgraduate studies in HR or similar are a plus.
- Around 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles within industrial environments.
- Experience in multinational settings and in transformation or integration processes.
- High level of English; French is a plus.
- A hands-on professional with strong business sense leadership and the ability to influence and manage change.
