Senior Advisor HCP Data & Engagement Strategy (Pharma /Medical Nutrition)

Can be based anywhere in Europe (remote) with travel

Role Summary

We are looking for a senior advisor with deep pharma consulting experience to guide how

HCP (Healthcare Professional) data can be effectively used across different geographies to

improve engagement decision-making and commercial outcomes.

This is an advisory role focused on defining what is possible what is compliant and what

works in practice based on real-world pharma experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advise on HCP data strategy across regions (US EU UK emerging markets)

2. Define modern data-driven HCP engagement approaches

3. Guide Next Best Action / decisioning strategies

4. Translate strategy into data product opportunities and experiments

5. Provide industry benchmarks and best practices

Ideal Profile

1020 years in pharma / life sciences consulting

Experience with global pharma companies

Strong knowledge of HCP engagement CRM and omnichannel strategies

Deep understanding of regulatory constraints (e.g. GDPR)

Ability to operate at Director / Partner level

Expertise Required

HCP data ecosystems and regional differences

Regulatory and compliance frameworks

Next Best Action and engagement optimisation

Commercial analytics and decision-making
