Position Overview
Were hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor for a medical/office facility in Winter Haven FL. This hands-on cleaning role is ideal for someone who works well independently follows instructions and consistently delivers quality results.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- General office cleaning (dusting wiping surfaces disinfecting touch points)
- Restroom cleaning & restocking
- Sweeping mopping and vacuuming all assigned floors
- Break room and kitchen area cleaning
- Trash removal and liner replacement
- Maintaining organized and stocked janitor closets
- Following ECS cleaning checklists and standards
- Reporting building issues supply needs or concerns
- Ensuring all tasks are completed within the 6 PM11 PM shift window
Requirements
- At least 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and follow set cleaning procedures
- Reliable transportation to/from the job site
- Consistent attendance and punctuality mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical motion
- Must align with ECS core values and maintain a professional demeanor
