Job Summary
Now Hiring: Finishing Operator Plastic Injection Molding
Location: Plymouth MN
Shifts / Pay:
Weekdays: Mon 6am-4pm or 8am-6pm (Chosen by client) Tues - Wed 6am to 6pm and Thurs. 6am to Noon $17.00/Hr.
Weekday Nights: Mon 6pm-4am or 8pm-6am (Chosen by client) Tues - Wed 6pm to 6am Th. 6pm to Midnight; $17.00/Hr. $2.40 shift Differential
Weekend Day: Thurs. Noon to 6pm Fri Sat 6am to 6pm Sun 6am-4pm or 8am-6pm (Chosen by client); $17.00/Hr. $2.40 shift Differential
Weekend Night: Thurs. Midnight to 6am Fri Sat. 6pm - 6am Sun 6pm-4am or 8pm-6am (Chosen by client); $17.00/Hr. $3.40 shift Differential

Our client is looking for entry Level operators to work in an environment that is centered around Culture and Diversity.
What Youll Be Doing:
Trim off gates and flash from plastic parts according to specified cosmetic grade using tools such as but
not limited to hobby knives utility knives diagonal-cutting pliers band saws grinders belt sanders.
Support presses in molding department operate molding cycle inspect parts trim parts
Count/weigh parts.
Package parts according to requirements.
Enter process information into computer.
Ensure that order quantities and customer specifications have been met.
Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the department.
Maintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety quality efficiency and utilization.
Continually seek to improve work processes and individual performance.
Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What makes you a great fit:
Able to work safely with sharp tools/objects such as but not limited to hobby knives utility knives
diagonal-cutting pliers
Able to use a computer and calculator. Able to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic
Able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented work environment
Must be punctual and have good attendance
Able to comprehend and follow printed and computer-screen instructions and direction from
supervisors or technical leads. Good written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail is required
Stand and/or sit for the entire shift
Lift up to 70 pounds waist high carry up to 70 pounds alone
Essential job duties require reaching bending and grasping
good finger dexterity ability to do close work and good vision
Able to do repetitive hand clipping.
