- Build relationships with GCs property managers and decision-makers
- Close deals not just send bids
- Own your pipeline and consistently drive revenue growth
- Deliver work that hits margin targets not just volume
- 3 years of COMMERCIAL painting estimating experience
- You understand:
- Production rates
- Labor burden & job costing
- Coatings systems & surface prep
- Youve bid and WON commercial work
- Youre comfortable being accountable to numbers and results
- You dont need hand-holding you execute
- Youve worked with plans & specs regularly
- Youve built relationships with GCs or property managers
- You know how to balance competitiveness vs. profitability
- You take pride in closing not quoting
- Base salary strong performance-based commission
- High upside for closers
- Compensation aligned with closed and collected work
- Vehicle/allowance (as applicable)
