Position Type: Part Time - Day Shift

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests tenants and/or shoppers by carrying out site-specific procedures property rules and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property including common areas parking areas storefront corridors and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points observe on-site activity and assist with directions general information and other support needs in a retail and residential community location.
• Document daily activities unusual occurrences and maintenance and/or security-related issues and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• This is a primarily driving post.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
