Job Description
As a Security Ambassador Unarmed Patrol Driver Rover in West Hollywood CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a busy public location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and this dynamic role you will support daily operations with agility reliability innovation teamwork and integrity while making a positive impact in the community.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings public areas parking areas and/or perimeter locations as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Monitor for unusual activity maintenance concerns and/or policy violations and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and professional interaction.
- Assist visitors employees and/or members of the public with directions access-related questions and general information while supporting daily location operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Applicants must be able to ride a bike.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
