COMMERCIAL & FP&A DIRECTOR CONSUMER BEAUTY

As our Commercial & FP&A Director Consumer Beauty you will provide financial leadership to the Consumer Beauty division owning endtoend P&L performance and acting as a strategic partner to the CFO and senior commercial leaders to drive value creation and strategic execution.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE ENABLE INNOVATE!
As our Commercial & FP&A Director Consumer Beauty you play a critical role in animating and coordinating the divisional P&L with a strong focus on commercial performance. You will lead planning and forecasting cycles drive strategic initiatives and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and value creation across the division.
You will be reporting to the CFO Consumer Beauty and you will manage:
1. Consumer Beauty Financial Ownership
- Own and optimize endtoend P&L management for the Consumer Beauty division
- Drive market calendars for Actuals Forecasts and Outlooks ensuring quality and challenge
- Lead financial performance reviews with strong focus on commercial results
- Oversee Capex and Merchandising investments
- Drive and develop the Commercial Finance Consumer Beauty team (2 FTE)
2. Strategic Business Partnering & Leadership
- Act as key finance partner to the Consumer Beauty CFO and Commercial leadership
- Provide financial leadership to support the divisional strategic agenda
- Partner closely with the Finance Director of Initiatives & Portfolio and Transformation Office
- Align and influence multiple senior stakeholders across the organization
- Enable valuebased decisionmaking through strong commercial insights
3. Projects Transformation & Change
- Support the Change Management agenda for the division
- Drive and support GotoMarket change initiatives
- Lead and execute strategic projects with measurable business impact
- Navigate multiple priorities and complex initiatives simultaneously
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout change
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a senior finance leader you combine strategic vision with handson execution and strong commercial acumen.
Your skills and experience include:
- Extensive experience in Commercial Finance and FP&A
- Strong Copilot / businesspartnering experience
- Sound business judgment with high commercial acumen
- Trade Finance operational experience (a plus)
- Advanced valuation portfolio analysis and returnsdriver expertise
- Proven changemanagement and projectexecution track record
- Experience achieving business and earningsmodel transformation
- ERP experience (SAP / Hyperion preferred)
- Track record in developing and coaching finance talent
- Degree in Finance or related field (MBA / PhD a plus)
