Job description
Were looking for an Industrial Partnerships Manager to drive and manage strategic collaborations at the intersection of deep tech business and health. Someone who understands how to turn cutting-edge technology into real-world impact through the right partnerships. This is not a traditional bussines development role. Youll be shaping how Spotlab connects with the global healthcare and technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with:
Medtech companies and distributors.
Pharmaceutical companies.
Technology partners (Cloud infrastructure AI manufacturing mobile).
Lead partnership processes end-to-end from initial engagement to deal structuring and execution.
Translate Spotlabs technical capabilities into clear and relevant value propositions for partners.
Identify unconventional opportunities and unlock new collaboration models.
Work closely with internal teams (product R&D commercial) to ensure alignment between partnerships and company strategy.
Support international expansion through partner-driven models.
Represent Spotlab in key industry forums and meetings.
Job requirements
Profile:
Strong hybrid profile combining business development experience with technical understanding.
Proven track record in partnerships business development or B2B sales ideally within healthtech medtech pharma or deep tech.
Understand how the healthcare ecosystem works and where the real opportunities are.
Structured reliable comfortable in ambiguity and able to build from scratch.
Strong communicator negotiator and relationship builder.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
