NCC manager
Job Summary
NCC manager must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience (the more years of experience the better scoring)
The NCC manager must have ITIL v3 Expert certification or ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certification.
At least B2 English language certification
Indicative Tasks:
- Manage the overall NCC Valencia activities including NCC supervisors
- Act as the further escalation point for the supervisors
- Report to SGITT management on any issues that could have significant impact on service delivery
- Coordinate with NCC Brindisi to warrant that both NCCs act as one
- Attend periodical service revision meetings with SGITT senior management
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with subject matter expert engineering teams
- Attend Change Management Board meeting if required
- Perform activities related to risk management in the case of audits
- Participate in SISMS internal and external audit sessions when NCC service is audited by UNGSC internal auditors as well as external auditors from Certification Bodies
- Take overall responsibility for the incidents handled by NCC
- Arrange staff awareness sessions
- Work on new and/or updated versions of the documents that have to be followed by NCC if required
- Revise and provide clearance to all the documents provided by the expert engineers belonging to support Units that must be followed by NCC
- Provide information available in the monitoring tools when requested by SGITT management for reporting purposes
- Prepare and handle on a timely basis required service reports
