Position Summary
Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing the companys treasury functions including cash management liquidity forecasting risk management and investment activities as well as managing banking relationships and accounts. This role requires a thorough understanding of treasury systems bank charges credit card transactions and cost associated and banking relationships to optimize the companys financial position and support its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury activities including performing 13 26 & Full year forecasting working with multiple plant controllers
- Manage all bank relationships and provide information as needed to support the needs of the business
- Manage intercompany cash reconciliation andaccounting
- Manage company credit card program
- Be the primary lead for management of users and their entitlements in the banking portal
- Published Daily Cash Report to CFO and Senior Mgt. team.
- Maintain bankaccounts documentation and signatories
- Assist in Month End Closing Process
- Bank &AccountReconciliation
- Ad Hoc Reporting
- Assist during Audit
- Maintaining Month end schedules
- Allocation of HR IT and Other costs to appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or Economics
- 5 years of experience inaccounting and finance out of that at least 2 to 3 years in Treasury role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly with Excel and Power Point
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well independently
