THE ROLE

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in recruitment C&B administration learning & development and employer branding activities. This role provides direct exposure to end-to-end HR operations and employee engagement.

Location: Cua Nam Ward Ha Noi

Part-time Internship (3-6 months)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support talent acquisition activities: sourcing scheduling assessment coordination.
Assist with C&B L&D and HR administrative processes.
Analyze recruitment data and generate periodic reports.
Support employer branding activities and internal engagement events.
Assist in improving HR processes to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

3rd to 4th-year student in Human Resources Management Business or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
Confident in MS Office; data interpretation skills design skills are preferred.
Proactive discipline and eager to learn.
Available to work part-time for 3-6 months.
