Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the overall Commercial Operations function and Commercial Client Services Leaders. This includes tracking and aiding in adhering to a variety of organizational deliverables auditing processes and ensuring best practices are shared across leaders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pull reports and data from organizational dashboards to provide to auditors.
- Track productivity metrics to ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLA):
- Help monitor fill goals have been entered.
- Assist w/ & ensure teams are forecasting appropriately.
- Communication of progress risks expectations timelines milestones and other key project metrics to Service Delivery leaders and team members.
- Create and send weekly communication to Client Services Leaders ensuring adherence to different organizational deliverables and initiatives.
- Provide other administrative support to Commercial Operations and client services leaders as needed.
- Training & Content Localization - Adapt global training materials and communications. Deliver localized training programs. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Experience:
- 3 years in Talent Acquisition Operations supporting process training documentation and technology within a global team.
- 5 years experience in enterprise Application Tracking Systems
- Experience in a reporting or auditing (or related) experience preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Eightfold preffered.
Exposure:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously formulate and execute individualized plans for client success concurrently.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook Advanced Excel knowledge preferred 2 years.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required.
Languages: English (written and verbal) is mandatory with Spanish preferable.
