MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure optimal availability of production equipment.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance tool shop industrial design and precision workshop teams for equipment and process improvements.
- Manage maintenance tool shop and precision workshop activities within approved budgets.
- Drive technical improvement and development initiatives with relevant teams.
- Analyze historical data and trends using Lean tools to resolve production equipment issues; provide CAPA and Engineering Department support as needed.
- Lead cross-plant collaboration and technology transfer projects with Global Engineering and other facilities.
- Maintain compliance with corporate and legal EHS standards by implementing effective strategies controls communication and training.
- Champion EHS performance through proactive leadership and participation in initiatives.
- Participate in the energy committee and oversee engineering responsibilities in support of the AbbVie Energy Management System.
- Lead and keep optimized performance of engineering key indicators in the Maintenance Excellence Program.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electro-mechanical Electronics or related field.
Master Degree on related fields is desirable.
EXPERIENCE
At least seven years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the medical device industry high-volume manufacturing or as a Senior Process Engineer or similar role.
Technical knowledge of high-volume manufacturing equipment.
SKILLS
Deep knowledge of maintenance systems manufacturing equipment and process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in root cause analysis data-driven decision making and Lean methodologies.
Strong skills in managing improvement projects scheduling and resource allocation.
Capability to align maintenance strategies with business goals and optimize operational efficiency.
Experience with financial planning and ensuring operations stay within approved budgets.
Advanced English.
