Senior Sourcing Analyst Position Overview
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is hiring a Senior Sourcing Analyst to support our mission of empowering Ohioans with disabilities through highquality services responsible stewardship of public resources and strong partnerships with vendors and community providers. This position plays an important role in helping OOD obtain the vital goods and services needed to serve individuals across the state while ensuring fairness transparency and compliance in every procurement activity.
In this role you will work closely with program areas and subject matter experts to develop detailed scopes of work for complex or nonroutine purchases. You will lead the creation and coordination of requests for proposals quotes and information; guide evaluation teams; design scoring criteria; and review vendor submissions for completeness accuracy and responsiveness and responsibility. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research negotiating terms recommending awards and monitoring supplier performance to support agency needs. The position also manages procurement processes including requisitions purchasing activities competitive pricing vendor outreach and posting solicitations in OhioBuys.
You will ensure compliance with state and federal requirements maintain accurate documentation coordinate with Legal on contract development and support transparency and audit functions. Duties also include travel coordination maintaining accurate files and assisting vendors with system navigation and questions. Additional responsibilities involve applying federal requirements preparing priorapproval requests drafting singlesource justifications ensuring adherence to OODs MBE plan and preparing Controlling Board documentation. The role will also provide training and guidance to staff support proactive procurement planning and collaborates with divisions across the agency to address complex purchasing questions and align timelines.
To be successful in this role you should bring knowledge of public relations business human relations budgeting and procurement standards. Strong abilities in reasoning data collection analysis problem solving verbal and written communication recordkeeping organization and customer service are essential. Experience working with procurement systems is important along with the ability to collaborate with coworkers handle sensitive inquiries and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Division of Fiscal Management Overview
The Division of Fiscal Management oversees the financial resources of the agency in accordance with relevant laws regulations and policies. This includes budget planning revenue forecasting expenditure monitoring and financial reporting. Fiscal staff are responsible for ensuring transparency accountability and efficiency in the use of public funds as well as identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. Pay Information
Starting salary will be step 1 subject to law or union contract requirements. New hires advance to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter.
