Position Summary
The Host is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests by greeting them upon arrival managing entry flow and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience. This role sets the tone for service by providing friendly professional and efficient assistance at the entrance.
This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00.
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until June 26 2026.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Manage guest entry including checking reservations tickets or credentials as required.
- Provide directions answer questions and assist guests with general inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and efficient flow of guests at the entrance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding guest needs or issues.
- Monitor entry areas to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies.
- Assist with crowd control during peak times or events.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly outgoing and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
